An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PDI Technician to join a well-established main dealer in Worcester, working within a high-performing aftersales team representing leading automotive brands, including a premium luxury manufacturer.
  • Basic Salary: £33,000 
  • OTE: £38,000
  • Working Hours: 45 hours per week (1 in 3 Saturday mornings)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles.
  • Completing basic servicing and maintenance, including oil and filter changes.
  • Ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant and ready for customer collection.
  • Completing digital job cards and workshop documentation.
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and following manufacturer procedures.
What our client is looking for:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
  • Experience with PDIs or basic servicing would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of workshop processes and health and safety.
  • Confident using digital systems and workshop technology.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
