Multi Skilled Technician We are seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join our busy accident repair workshop in Slough, Berkshire. Joining us as a Multi Skilled Technician, you will work on a varied range of vehicle repairs, using your expertise across panel, paint and mechanical, electrical and trim work. You will be supported by our experienced office and workshop teams, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Complete a varied range of panel, paint, MET and vehicle repair work
  • Carry out inspections and testing to identify faults and additional repair requirements
  • Ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard
  • Complete road tests when required, ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy
  • Work efficiently while following health and safety procedures
  • Support the wider workshop team to maintain excellent repair standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment
  • As a Multi Skilled Technician, ensure every vehicle is repaired correctly and ready for customer collection
Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Technician, Bodyshop Technician, MET Technician, Body Fitter, Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Stripper or Fitter
  • Practical experience across panel, paint and MET repair work
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and safety standards
  • Full manual UK driving licence
  • IMI, NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualifications would be advantageous, although not essential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy and professional team
  • A reliable, conscientious and customer-focused approach
