Our client is recruiting an experienced Paint Sprayer to join an insurance-approved accident repair centre in Wimborne, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer seeking a well-paid position with consistent Monday to Friday working hours and an attractive earning potential of up to £55,000 OTE.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of up to £50,000
  • OTE of up to £55,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Regular hours of 07:00 to 15:30
  • Opportunity to join an insurance-approved accident repair centre
  • Potential for additional working hours when required
Duties:
  • Working as a Paint Sprayer within a professional accident repair centre
  • Preparing vehicle panels and surfaces ready for refinishing
  • Applying high-quality paint finishes in line with repair standards
  • Completing work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Supporting the wider repair process as a multiskilled technician where required
  • Working additional hours when necessary to meet operational requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an accident repair or automotive bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle paint preparation and application processes
  • Ability to produce a high-quality finish consistently
  • A reliable and professional approach to work
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining repair standards
  • Experience working as a multiskilled technician would be advantageous
