I’m Ashley, Marketing & Automation Manager at Perfect Placement. I’ve spent over a decade with the business, during which time both the company and my role have evolved significantly. That progression has given me the opportunity to grow, develop my skill set, and move into a role that reflects where the business is now and where it’s heading.

My role focuses on marketing strategy, automation, and systems optimisation. I work across marketing, technology, and process, with a practical focus on building ways of working that are scalable, effective, and genuinely useful.

I oversee marketing strategy, CRM and automation best practice, website oversight, job board strategy, future-focused apprentice talent acquisition, and strategic supplier relationships. I’m less interested in process for its own sake and more interested in outcomes. If something is overly complicated, inefficient, or not delivering value, I will challenge it.

I enjoy bringing clarity to busy environments, improving how things run, and helping teams work more effectively without unnecessary friction.

Outside of work, I’m usually eating out, drinking wine, and maintaining a social calendar that suggests downtime is optional.
