I joined Perfect Placement in 2008 after taking a career break to travel the world with my now-wife. I joined as the Regional Recruitment Consultant for the South West of England, was later promoted to a Principal Recruitment Consultant and then on to Managing Consultant, my area stretches from Taunton & Yeovil to Lands End across to Dorset.

Being lucky enough to have looked after the same area for so many years means that I have built up some invaluable relationships with key personnel for all of the dealer groups and independents in the area.

Both clients and candidates alike continuously place their trust in me to ensure that they receive the results required whether it be finding a new member of staff or securing a new job; I ensure that every time somebody gives me that opportunity I work as hard and enthusiastically today as I did on my first.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children.
