I joined Perfect Placement in March 2024 as an Automotive Recruitment Executive, after graduating from Leeds Beckett University, with a degree in Human Geography. Since joining Perfect Placement, Martin Bane has developed my breadth of knowledge around the Automotive industry whilst also further developing my skills in the world of Recruitment to ensure that we are offering an unrivalled service to those in the Motor Trade in the Kent region. 

Prior to studying at university, I had gained four years of customer service experience from working in a small restaurant and subsequently a supermarket. These personable skills I learnt from a young age has led myself to follow a natural path into recruitment. I really enjoy working with those in the Automotive Industry to assist them with finding their next career move or a new member of staff to assist with their business plans. 

During my free time, I support Norwich City FC (unfortunately), play for Beccles Town FC and enjoy going out for a few…. (many) drinks with my mates.
