Managing Consultant Hampshire, Kent, South East London, South West London, Surrey, West LondonI first joined Perfect Placement back in April 2014 with minimal ‘sales’ experience but came into recruitment from a strong customer-focused technical insurance background after graduating from the University of Hertfordshire with a Business Studies degree and been living the dream ever since.
I always wanted to work in recruitment as I understood the importance of having somebody offering advice and guidance through the recruitment process. I wanted to provide the best service to candidates and clients alike while having fun along the way.
I would like to think I have a unique sense of humour, enthusiasm and a different approach to recruitment. I love getting to know clients and candidates in a professional capacity and more importantly to me knowing them on their personal level! Not all recruiters are Robots!
I was lucky enough to get recognised for my hard work representing the Hampshire, Surrey, South West London and West Sussex area and got promoted to Local Area Manager in May 2015 and then to Senior Recruitment Consultant in January 2017, to Principal Recruitment Consultant in January 2019 and since April 2024 I am Managing Consultant. It would be fair to say if you have had a vacancy requirement in the last 10+ years in London, Surrey West Sussex and now South East London and Kent, the chances are, we have spoken and communicated over the years!

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my wife and children. Not that I’m counting down the years until they leave the house – 2035, it’s not too long away, is it? I also enjoy playing golf, roller coasters with my children and extreme sports when time allows!
