I joined Perfect Placement in September 2012, and I am very proud to be part of the UK’s No.1 Automotive Recruitment Consultancy.

Before joining, I worked in the Middle East for 4 years where I was a Recruitment Consultant in the Financial Sector and Territory Manager for a Global Logistics company.  Previous to that, I studied Engineering at Durham University and also ran a Pub in Norwich.

I feel my varied work history and personable nature enables me to communicate with people from all walks of life, allowing me to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. 

Having joined Perfect Placement as an Area Manager, I was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2016 and then to my now title, Managing Consultant in 2021, which I think was down to my friendly approach at work and my willingness to help others, as well as my performance.

I manage the West Midlands & North West areas. I have a team of Recruitment Executives working alongside me to ensure excellent Automotive Recruitment service to everyone based in these areas.

Working closely with our clients to understand the unique needs of each individual business, we endeavour to find the perfect match.

In my current role as a Managing Consultant, I am one of the Senior members of Team Al, helping to guide other members of the team and offering support and advice when I can.

In a highly competitive job market, we work tirelessly to speak to as many candidates as we can to find the right person for each job and realise the importance of keeping candidates updated throughout the process.

Outside of work, I am a keen football supporter and get to matches at Stamford Bridge and Carrow Road when I can.
