My name is Will, and I joined Perfect Placement during June 2025. I’m currently working in the Recruitment Support department, completing multiple admin-based tasks to help our team of Automotive recruiters place candidates in the best positions within the Motor Trade.

Moreover, I’m also completing a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship – with the goal of becoming a full-time recruiter in the next few years. Having had plenty of customer service experience at a young age; my motivation to help and impact people’s life for the better, is something I care deeply about.

Away from a full-time environment, I devote a significant proportion of my spare time, to writing – in particular, sports journalism. Working from the bottom-up, at the age of 16, I’ve compiled a social media following of over 5,000 followers across multiple platforms – providing coverage on my football team’s (Norwich City) academy. Due to the popularity of my work, I’ve been awarded with brilliant opportunities, such as writing for the local newspaper monthly.

I chose recruitment as I wanted to combine my customer service skills, with my writing qualities and communication skills, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Although I haven’t been here long-term, I’m already getting opportunities to showcase the qualities I believe make a great recruiter, and I’m really looking forward to enhancing my skills further.
