The shortlist for the Car Dealer Power Awards 2020 have been announced and we are absolutely over the moon to find out that we have been Shortlisted for the Automotive Recruitment Agency of the Year.

We are absolutely thrilled that our hard work has been recognised by our Automotive Clients and Candidates and that they have taken the time to vote for us and show that they think the Automotive Recruitment service we offer is one not to be beaten.

Since winning our last Car Dealer Power Award for Automotive Recruitment, we have worked hard to consistently remain at the forefront of the Motor Trade’s minds when they need assistance with their Recruitment. We have continued to invest in our systems and team to ensure they have all of the tools they need to be a success and fulfil the needs of both our Clients and Candidates.

We were there for those who needed us throughout Lockdown, ensuring we had a team in place to help with enquiries from those seeking staff and those looking for a New Motor Trade Job – even though most others had downed tools for the period.

The period of lockdown gave us the chance to further review our processes and the systems we used. We invested further into our software to ensure that you, our Clients and Candidates, have only the best experience when dealing with our Automotive Recruitment Agency.

Since our return to the office in June, our team of Consultants underwent further training to ensure they were fully equipped to continue with Automotive Recruitment post-lockdown. We’ve now welcomed back all of our team and we have continued to enjoy placing our job seekers in their dream Motor Trade Jobs and ensuring our Automotive Clients have the best team in place.

With so many Automotive Recruitment agencies operating in the current marketplace, we want to extend our congratulations to both Ingenia and WeRecruit Auto and wish them all the very best of luck in our category.

To be shortlisted for such a coveted award is a great achievement and for all of those that are currently enjoying their names in lights, we say a big GOOD LUCK.

The awards this year are sadly not being held in person and we will miss catching up with our fellow suppliers about how the year has gone, instead, the results will be broadcasted on the Car Dealer Magazine’s website at 6pm – make sure you have the date saved.
