The role of Vehicle Parts Driver involves sorting, loading, collecting and delivering parts across both trade and internal customers. There are many facets to this role from the organisation and inventory of stock, completing delivery records and ad-hoc order forms, accepting customer orders when required, maintaining a strict delivery schedule and handling any customer complaints or issues. A successful Vehicle Parts Driver will be organised, capable of completing administration tasks and most importantly have excellent interpersonal skills.

You will report into the Parts Manager but as a Vehicle Parts Driver you will work remotely. Typically your day would start with loading the correct stock onto the van and then you will then carry out deliveries across your region. This is a customer facing role so it is essential that as Vehicle Parts Driver you represent the brand professionally at all times. It is important that you can use your own initiative and are able to thrive in a high pressured environment.                                                                                   

Typical working hours in this role can be up to 45 hours per week and this usually involves working some weekends. As a Vehicle Parts Driver, having a full UK Driving license is essential. Typical salaries are around £18,000 and some businesses will offer performance based bonuses.
