Our Client one of the fastest growing suppliers of Automotive & Tyre Fitting Services are seeking a Semi Productive Assistant Manager for their expanding Car Garage business located in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

With over 100 Garages throughout the United Kingdom and with over 30 years trading experience possess a world class reputation for all things automotive repairs. Our Client provides a busy and fast paced working environment with a strong reputation of providing customers with a friendly while you wait service, with great choice & quality.

They are seeking an Assistant Manager who can assist in the workshop during busy times for their friendly team in Burgess Hill, and are seeking applications from a variety of automotive skill, such as Assistant Manager, Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor, Fast Fit Mechanic, Tyre Fitter or even Fast-fit Branch Manager.

Within this Fast Fit Assistant Manager / Mechanic duties will include: 
  • Be responsible for co-managing your centre
  • Co-ordinating the workload in the workshop and customer bookings
  • Deliver the company business objectives (labour and profitability targets) 
  • Providing excellent customer service ensuring repeat custom year after year 
  • Tyre Fitting / Puncture repair in busy times 
  • Encourage, lead and motivate your team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
We would love to hear from experienced Automotive skilled Fast Fit Branch Managers or Vehicle Mechanics looking to go into a more supervisory management role. Please note this role is 75% office based and 25% mechanical in the workshop.
