Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor with our client:
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts.
- Provide expert advice on products and services to meet customer needs.
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Doing mostly B2B trade sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Proven experience in automotive parts advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
