- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
The successful Parts Sales Rep will:
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory, including cold calling.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Report customer feedback to help generate ideas about new sales and marketing plans.
- Carry out marketing/sales campaigns as requested.
- Liaise with manufacturer on competitive information/product pricing
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Attend meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management team.
- Encourage maximum profit opportunities.
- To represent the company in a presentable and polite manor
- Attend meetings/training as required.
- Must have previous experience with commercial vehicle parts
- Previous experience within the motor trade is highly desirable
- Previous sales experience required
- Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
- Excellent relationship building with clients
- Is highly organised and adaptable
