Our client, a Volume Main Car Dealer is currently looking to hire an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, advising them on the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles, and processing orders efficiently and accurately.

Our client has a strong reputation within the automotive trade, and they offer a steady, well-paid employment alongside continuous training and development.

Due to expansion, they are seeking an experience Parts Advisor to join their successful team based in Truro, Cornwall

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client:
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the parts department
  • Ordering, booking out parts, and liaising with workshop teams
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers and visitors
  • Ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers to identify parts requirements
  • Maintaining parts stock and ensuring accurate records are kept
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and services offered by the dealership
What our client expects of their Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a parts role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large number of enquiries
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
