  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Only 
  • Pay: £30 - £35k Basic + Bonuses and performance incentives
We are currently working with a Family Run Automotive Car Service Centre who are currently looking for a new Service Advisor / Workshop Controller join their Garage Management team in a busy car garage environment. 

They are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor / Workshop Controller who is capable of delivering exceptional customer service and able to lead, inspire and motivate your team of Vehicle Technicians to keep up with increasing customer demand.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Workshop Controller who is looking to take on additional responsibility in their automotive career. They reward highly and put their employees through extensive training programme to level up your career even faster. 

Within this Service Controller role your typical duties will include: 
  • Dealing directly with customers 
  • Workshop loading / management 
  • Providing estimates to customers cost, time frames for work to be complete and advising when the workshop is available for the work to get completed 
  • Parts ordering 
  • Invoicing if jobs
  • Long term relationship building 
  • General duties to keep the workshop and service reception area clean and presentable at all times. 
  • Enrich the overall customer experience; being attentive and go the extra mile at all times for our clients customers
