- Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
- Booking/scheduling vehicle services.
- Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
- Producing estimating time and costs associated with repairs for customers.
- Handling customer complaints and responding to customer requests.
- Proving progress reports for customer ensuring vehicle is tracked through the workshop.
- Liaison with other members of staff
- Making Service available to the workshop for Vehicle Health Check Videos + Upselling
- Previous motor trade experience within a Service Advisor role or similar is essential.
- A good technical understanding and general knowledge of how Motor Vehicles work
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service possible.
- Confidence in processing payments,
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team,
- Confidence in problem solving.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
