Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Service Manager with our Client:
  • Delivering excellent levels of customer service
  • Meeting and visiting customers.
  • Ensuring staff are motivated and supported.
  • Maximising the profitability of the department
  • Compliance with health & safety and industry legislation
  • Compliance with manufacturer process and warranty requirements
  • Helping to produce and achieve budgets and financial targets.
  • Managing both the productive and administration team
What our client expects of their Commercial Vehicle Service Manager:
  • Service Management experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • CDK / Kerridge Experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • IT literacy is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of HGVs, and vehicle parts is helpful.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A great team player.
  • A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.
