  • Based at Prestige Independent Garage 
  • Circa £30k Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.15pm + 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings paid as overtime

We are currently working with a well-established family run Motor Trade Client with an all makes and models workshop who have been operating in the local area for over 20 successful years. This client has an excellent reputation with an average of 4.8 stars out of 5 on various review platforms such as TrustMyGarage, Google Reviews, TrustPilot etc. 

They are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor who has at least 2 years Automotive experience within an Automotive Service Centre, Dealership or fast fit centre or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Service and Workshop department within the business. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards ad benefits they offer set them apart from other car garages in their local area.

Within this Service Advisor role your day to day duties will include: 
  • Taking inbound bookings for customers vehicles to be repairer on MOT'd at our clients Car Dealership
  • Updating customers of availability and pricing
  • Checking customers in and alerting them of their scheduled repairs
  • Assist the Service Manager when required
  • Work with the wider aftersales team to improve customer satisfaction -
  • Administration onto software systems
