They are currently seeking a Bodyshop Manager for their successful Prestige Accident Repair Business based in the Brighton & Hove area. They recognise that a successful business is built around the quality and contentment of its staff. They have a state-of-the-art workshop which has benefited from recent development.

- Continuously demonstrate passion, focussed productivity and discipline to ensure the well-being and management of your team.
- Manage a team of highly skilled Bodyshop professionals, comprising of 9 productive & 2 non-productive staff members.
- Assist with the generation of additional work & labour through vehicle estimates.
- Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans
- Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the bodyshop through effective capacity planning.
- To regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
- Manage customer complains and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Motivating and discussing each team members impact on the overall site performance.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Previous experience in a Bodyshop Management role
- Technical knowledge and experience of the accident repair and body industry.
- Ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources.
- Have relevant and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacturer, consumer, and vehicle legislation.
- Knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices. (E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Right to Live & Work within the UK
