Vehicle Technician required in Stratford-Upon-Avon
  • Starting Salary from £30,000
  • OTE up to £49,000
  • 40 hour working week and 3 rotas to choose from.
Our client is a well-established, privately owned motor retailer group in the UK. They are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Vehicle Technician who is Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or has an equivalent certification. the Vehicle Technician will be to perform servicing, repair, and diagnostic tasks on all the vehicles present in the workshop. The Vehicle Technician must ensure that all work is conducted to the highest possible standards.

In order to be eligible for this Vehicle Technician position, you are required to possess the following qualifications & experience:
  • Be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Ideally hold 1 to 2 years practical experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Have a UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Be a committed individual and a good team player
  • You must be able to produce a high-quality of work in a busy environment
  • Can demonstrate good technical knowledge

If you take on the role of a Vehicle Technician with our client, your responsibilities will involve:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards
  • Carrying out diagnostic checks and identifying faults
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Communicating with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle issues
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work-space
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technical information and training opportunities
  • Contributing to the overall success of the workshop and dealership.
Working hours for the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:300pm.
  • Monday – Friday with a day off during the week 8am to 4:45pm, as well as Saturdays, 8am to 4:30pm.
