  • Basic Salary up to £32,000 + Bonus 
  • Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 5.30pm 
  • Friday 7.30 - 2.45pm

We are currently working with a well-established and well-respected Performance Car Specialist who have been operating in their local area for nearly 20 years and counting. Our client who specialise in Performance Vehicles benefits from repeat custom and plenty of referrals from the performance vehicle sector. 

They are seeking a motivated and a one team mentality Vehicle Technician to join their expanding workshop team. Our client values enthusiasm, exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn their brand and who has a sense of humor. Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Assisting with running workshop control.
  • Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
  • Booking/scheduling vehicle services.
  • Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
  • Producing estimating time and costs associated with repairs for customers.
  • Handling customer complaints and responding to customer requests.
  • Proving progress reports for customer ensuring vehicle is tracked through the workshop.
  • Liaison with other members of staff.
