  • Basic Salary: £28,000
  • Plus great bonus: £40,000 OTE 
  • 40 hours Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays on a rota paid as overtime

My client is a respected main dealer based in the Nuneaton area. You will become part of a hard-working workshop as a Technician, looking to achieve the best possible results for their customers, offering a wide range of services. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties of a Technician:
  • Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
  • Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
  • Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
  • Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Required Skills & Experience for a Technician role:
  • Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair minimum
  • A full UK driving license 
  • Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
  • MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous
  • Fantastic verbal and written English skills
  • Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
