  • Basic Salary from £30,000 + Bonus!
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 – Paid at Overtime!

Our client is a family run multi-franchise business that has been trading in Canterbury since the turn of the last century! They well known for providing a first-class customer service across Kent and are equipped with state-of-the-art service facilities, to help their team provide this service.

They are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and fast-paced workshop. You’ll be working with the latest technology within automotive repairs providing a quality level of workmanship for their loyal customers. You’ll benefit from a specific manufacturer led training plan with pay rises upon each level of completion.

Our client is seeking applications from Level 3 qualified Technicians only at this stage, however we may have other opportunities for less qualified applicants.

Duties of a Technician with our Client
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints.
  • Carry out diagnosis and undertake a wide range of servicing and repair work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensures effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of the vehicles.
  • Builds effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Completes repair and service records/other appropriate activities the Team Leader and Manager required.
  • Actively supports company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
  • Analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed.
