We are currently working with a well-established Automotive Manufacturer Dealer Group who have been operating in the UK market since 1970. This client has an excellent reputation and operate with over 16 different vehicle brands. 

Our client has experienced strong growth from humble beginnings to becoming one of the biggest names in the automotive industry.

They are looking for individuals with a positive mind-set, who enjoys speaking with people, and looking to build a flourishing career in the Service Department! They have a friendly team who enjoys a laugh whilst getting the job done!

Our client is ideally looking for an automotive experience, however they have a great record of training individuals with customer service experience from other sectors and a keen interest in working within the motor trade!
 
This role is an opportunity to join one the largest brands within the automotive trade.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
  • Booking/scheduling vehicle services.
  • Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
  • Producing estimating time and costs associated with repairs for customers.
  • Handling customer complaints and responding to customer requests.
  • Proving progress reports for customer ensuring vehicle is tracked through the workshop.
  • Liaison with other members of staff
  • Upselling of Tyres & Service Plans
What our client expects of their Service Advisor:
  • Previous motor trade experience within a Service Advisor role or similar is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience with Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop or similar
  • A good technical understanding and general knowledge of how Motor Vehicles work.
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service possible.
  • Confidence in processing payments,
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team,
  • Confidence in problem solving.
  • Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
