About this Marketing Executive / Administrator role:
As a Social Media Administrator, you will actively manage the dealership's online reputation by monitoring social media accounts, review websites, book test drives, follow up on leads and respond to online comments, including customer emails into the business.
You will provide vital feedback to the business based on customer feedback and queries. Additionally, the role will also involve creating certain reports and helping with other administrative duties as the business requires.
Key duties and responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Executive / Administrator:
- Monitor and help manage the Dealerships online reputation.
- Work with business areas to manage customer questions and complaints posted online and sent in via email.
- Book test drives and schedule appointments for viewings and sales.
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across the group’s social media profiles.
- Engage users via social platforms to enhance and develop the dealership's products
- A strong knowledge of the Motor Trade Industry, ideally have worked within a dealership environment possibly as a Service Advisor or Administrator
- Have previous Sales experience
- Good level of capability with MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in using social media to promote products and services.
