  • Basic Salary: £36,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £42,000
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client, one of the largest commercial rental vehicle providers in the UK, is seeking dedicated Vehicle Technicians to join their team in Luton. This Vehicle Technician role offers excellent training, progression opportunities, and a competitive wage.

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Perform repairs on commercial rental vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Utilise diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry advancements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the management team.

Requirements for Vehicle Technicians:
  • Vehicle Technicians from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Consideration for Level 2 Technicians, with a preference for Level 3 qualification.
  • Experienced technicians without formal qualifications will be considered based on experience and background.
  • Understanding of the type and volume of work at the site and the existing support structure.
