- £39,000 - £41,000 basic depending on experience, plus £2K for EV + Likely bonus Circa £6,000-£8,000, but uncapped!

As a Master Technician, your duties will include the following:
- Supporting and provide guidance for all Technicians and Apprentices within the workshop
- Carrying out mechanical and electrical diagnosis using (Brand-specific diagnostic machine) to the manufacturer's guidelines
- Assisting the Service and Diagnostic technicians with vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical diagnosis, using computer-based technology
- Liaising with the manufacturers’ technical team when guidance is required
- Advising the customer/ manufacturer of any further work required
- Road testing vehicles to ensure all work has been completed to company standards.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be an Accredited Master Technician with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Experience with motor industry brands and a full, valid UK driving licence are essential. You should be self-motivated, a strong team player, and take a diligent, ambitious approach to your work. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards on every vehicle that enters our workshop is key.
