  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch)
  • 1 in 2/3 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00

Duties of a Parts Sales Executive:
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to meet business plans and sales objectives.
  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Accurately identify and provide parts to meet customer needs.
  • Utilize product promotions to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Deliver high-level customer service by understanding and responding to their requirements.
  • Support team efforts to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, ensuring accurate documentation and transaction processing.
What Our Client Expects of You:
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships and meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced sales or telesales.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Team player with the drive to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and IT literacy, preferably with MS Excel knowledge.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry.
