- Basic Salary: circa £30,000
- OTE: Up to £35,000 with Bonus
- Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
- 1 in 2 Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
- No Sundays or Bank Holidays

- Accurately price work and source parts for multiple autocentre locations
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle inspections and recommended repairs
- Gain customer approval and ensure work is processed efficiently
- Liaise with suppliers and manage parts ordering and stock updates
- Support workshop teams and managers by handling key admin tasks
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and complete ongoing training
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent computer literacy
- Calm and confident in a busy working environment
- Full driving licence preferred, but not essential
