This Booking Advisor role focuses on phone-based customer interactions booking cars in for service, mot and mechanical repairs. Also day to day administrative tasks, and preparing job cards, with no direct customer-facing responsibilities. You will have the chance to learn the brand’s processes, grow within the role, and potentially progress to a Service Advisor position if desired. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to deliver the exceptional service our client’s customers expect.
Duties of a Customer Bookings Advisor with our Car Dealer Client:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone promptly and professionally.
- Schedule customer bookings and prepare job cards accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the service department.
- Maintain relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
- Understand and adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Maintain safe working practices and comply with business standards.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
- Smart appearance and professional demeanor.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is ideal but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
