Superflex Roadside Vehicle Technician 
  • Required in Oldham/Bury
  • Basic Salary: £48,720 per annum
  • On-Target Earnings: £50,000 – £54,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Equivalent of 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts scheduled between 6am and 2am

Our client, the UK's leading breakdown service provider, is seeking a skilled and dedicated and flexible Roadside Mechanic to join their growing Roadside Patrol team. As a valued member of the team, you’ll provide essential roadside support, delivering high-quality service to members across the country. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll handle breakdowns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert assistance.

Key Responsibilities for the Superflex Roadside Technician:
  • Attend breakdowns and roadside call-outs to diagnose faults and carry out minor repairs
  • Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to motorists in distress
  • Accurately assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate action or recovery
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical problems
  • Maintain communication with the central support team and update job statuses
  • Flexibility to travel, with occasional overnight stays depending on rota
  • Work within varied shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Represent the business professionally and uphold high service standards at all times
What We’re Looking For in a Superflex Roadside Technician:
  • Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required
