- Location: Preston
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm | 1 Saturday per month
- Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + excellent benefits package

Key Responsibilities for a Service Advisor:
- Act as the first point of contact for all service customers
- Handle bookings, customer queries, and service updates professionally
- Advise customers on work required and keep them informed throughout
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- Promote additional services and products when appropriate
What We’re Looking For in a Service Advisor:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and familiarity with dealership systems (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence preferred
