Our client is a well-established Mercedes-Benz Specialist workshop based in Ashford, Kent, proudly serving customers across the Maidstone, Folkestone, and Dover areas. Established over 7 years ago, the business is known for its high standards, strong reputation, and fascinating variety of vehicles – including classic Mercedes, American muscle cars, AC Cobras, Hummers, and more.

With a well-equipped workshop and a skilled team, they are now looking for an experienced Mercedes-Benz Specialist Technician to join their growing business.

What’s in it for you?
  • Basic Salary: £38,000 – £40,000
  • On Target Earnings: £42,000 – £44,000
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
  • 30-minute lunch break + 2 x 15-minute tea breaks

  • 2 x 4-post ramps
  • 2 x Scissor lifts
What are we looking for?
  • Ideally, Mercedes-Benz factory training or strong Mercedes-Benz dealership experience
  • Alternatively, an experienced independent Mercedes-Benz technician
  • A passion for quality workmanship and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable working on everything from routine servicing to intricate mechanical work on rare and historic models
  • Someone who wants to take pride in their craft and be part of a close-knit, skilled team
  • Technicians with long-term Mercedes experience (30+ years) are warmly encouraged to apply
