We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable MOT Technician to join our client’s well-established garage in Kilmarnock.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £34,000
- On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £38,200
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays on a rota, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements
- Performing repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
- Accurately completing all relevant paperwork and test documentation
- Delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Valid MOT Testing Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
