- Basic Salary: £28,000 + Commission
- OTE: £50,000+ (uncapped)
- Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities in this Sales Executive / Showroom Manager role:
- Provide support to the Sales Manager and step into the role when needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for showroom visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify key features they are seeking in a vehicle.
- Coordinate and manage test drive appointments efficiently and professionally.
- Promote and sell a range of value-added products to enhance the customer offering.
- Motivate and support the sales team in achieving and surpassing branch sales targets.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
- Proven background in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy sales environment.
- Well-organised, motivated, and target-driven.
- Approachable and professional with customers, with strong communication skills.
- FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training.
