  • £28,000 Basic Salary
  • Plus Bonus: £34K OTE
  • Monday to Friday: 8am -5:30pm
  • Saturday mornings on a rota
  • Work for a Leading Main Dealer Group
Our client is a Main Dealer which is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its team in Crewe. This is a busy site with a lot of repeat customers and you will be working for an established manager.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
  • Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate
  • Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
  • Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times

  • Have a good attitude to work at all times
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience within the automotive sector
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An understanding of vehicles and common issues
