Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
- • Process telephone and online parts orders efficiently and accurately
- • Manage customer accounts and queries in a professional and courteous manner
- • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- • Use IT systems to track orders, stock levels and manage customer interactions
- • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Motor Trade role is desirable
- • Excellent communication and customer service skills
- • Confident in a sales or customer-facing environment
- • Numerate, literate and IT literate – especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- • Well-organised with strong attention to detail
