- Working Hours: Monday – Friday + 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota
- Salary: £36,000 - £44,223 per annum (depending on level & experience) + uncapped bonus
Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician:
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars and vans to the highest standards
- Ensure optimal efficiencies and first-time fix rates
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct MOT testing (if certified)
- Work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (OR Level 2 for a Prep Technician)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools required
- Main dealer workshop experience preferred
- Current DVSA Certification for MOT Testing is an advantage
- Uncapped monthly bonuses (£4,000 - £6,000 additional earnings per year)
