Parts Advisor – Permanent Role

  • Annual Salary: £29,061.50 + Overtime at 1.5x
  • Full-Time – 42.5 Hours per Week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership team in the Dungannon area. This is a permanent role offering stability, excellent earning potential, and a clear pathway toward supervisory opportunities for the right candidate.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
  • Accurately identify, source, and order vehicle parts for retail and workshop use
  • Provide product advice and customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Maintain stock records and assist with regular stock control processes
  • Upsell accessories and value-added items where appropriate
  • Liaise with suppliers for non-stock items and arrange timely delivery
  • Support general duties within the parts department to maintain smooth operations
The Ideal Parts Advisor Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a motor trade parts advisor role
  • Strong communication skills and confident with IT systems
  • Experience using dealership management systems (e.g. Kerridge/CDK) is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
