- Help maximise revenue opportunities through upselling where appropriate
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Previous experience in a service or call centre role
- Confident telephone manner with good listening skills
- Comfortable working to targets and within a fast-paced team
- Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to adapt to different systems and multitask effectively
- Flexible, reliable and customer-focused
