We’re working with an award-winning independent used car dealership in Dover with a dedicated in-house Prep centre. They’re growing fast and now require a Paint Sprayer or Smart Repair Technician to join their Workshop team.

This is an ideal role for someone who’s looking for stability, work-life balance, and the opportunity to do things properly – without the pressure of bonuses or rushed jobs.

Smart Repair experience? No formal qualifications? No problem.

What’s in it for you as a Paint Sprayer?
  • Up to £45,000 basic salary – depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday only – 07:30 to 16:30
  • No weekends. No overtime. No bonus chasing.

Regular Duties as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Complete refinishing and paintwork on used Vehicles – mainly wings, bumpers & side panels
  • Focus on quality, not quantity – proper prep, repair and finish
  • Work in a well-equipped, supportive workshop environment
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team who value getting things right the first time.
