- Hours: Choice of 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (includes breaks)

Our client is actively seeking a skilled MET Technician / Fitter to join their high-performing crash repair workshop in Epsom, Surrey. Most of our clients productives consistently achieve over 70 hours sold per week, securing excellent earnings.
About the Role:
As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality repairs and maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stripping and refitting mechanical and electrical components from accident-damaged vehicles
- Conducting fault-finding and diagnostic checks where necessary
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet productivity targets
- Ideally, a recognised apprenticeship as an MET Technician / Fitter, though experienced candidates without formal qualifications will be considered
- Previous experience in a busy bodyshop environment is highly desirable
- Strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential – full training and qualifications can be provided
- Vehicle Technicians looking to upskill into MET roles within a crash repair environment are encouraged to apply!
