Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for the Automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated Truck Parts Advisor to join our team in Ashford, Kent. This varied role combines customer service, parts sales, and stock management to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

As a Truck Parts Advisor, you’ll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, identifying and selling truck parts, and managing stock. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently, while maintaining an organised and well-stocked Parts department.

Key Responsibilities as a Trucks Parts Advisor:
  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries, providing expert advice on parts.
  • Identify, sell, and pick Parts for delivery or collection.
  • Assist with Parts department administration and stock control.
  • Process stock orders and ensure they are put away accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organised Parts department.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.
Requirements for the Truck Parts Advisor Role:
  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the truck or automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Vehicle Parts and Systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and stock management software.
