Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a fresh challenge with a long-established and reputable commercial vehicle group?
Our client, a leading Commercial Vehicle Dealer, is currently seeking a qualified HGV Technician to join their busy site in the Birmingham area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team and work on a wide variety of vehicles.

Duties of an HGV Technician:
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using diagnostic tools and manufacturer software
- Complete service sheets and job cards in line with warranty and company processes
- Work to manufacturer and industry standards ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely
- Routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of HGVs and LCVs
What we are looking for in the HGV Technician
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technician in a commercial vehicle environment
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance is essential
- HGV licence preferred but not essential
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work well within a team and under your own initiative
