  • Basic Salary £36,500 + Bonus (£42,500 OTE) 
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Our client, a reputable vehicle rental business, is currently looking for a Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician to join their team in Runcorn.
With over 35 years of trading experience, this company has established itself as the leading rental group for B2B Fleet Management and private hire rentals. They have a nationwide fleet of over 55,000 vehicles and are constantly growing, ensuring a consistent flow of work.

The responsibilities that come with the role of Vehicle Technician/LCV Technician with our client.
  • To deliver maintenance, servicing and warranty work for a fleet of circa 3000 vehicles -  combination of predominantly Vans, Light Commercial vehicles and Cars.
  • Using your technical knowledge to work on the electrical and mechanical systems for a range of light commercial vehicles, our client can promise that every day will be packed with variety.
  • You will use the diagnostic equipment to get to the root cause of faults, carry out technical maintenance, repair or replace parts, perform preventive maintenance and MOT preparation
  • Ensure their customer vehicles get back on the road where they belong as quickly as possible, allowing their customers to keep their promises.

To be consider for this role, you must hold a minium Level 2 in motor Vehicle Studies, or equivalent, and have workshop experience in a similar role.
