- Salary: £13.20 per hour (Circa £29,000 basic)
- OTE: £32,000+
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join our client's dedicated team based in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced commercial dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll be supporting an extensive range of light and heavy commercial vehicles, including panel vans, chassis cabs, 4x4s, electric vans, and trucks — all tailored to support diverse fleet requirements across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Parts Advisor:
- Deliver outstanding service to customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Manage parts enquiries and orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet daily and weekly targets
- Maintain high standards of performance and professionalism across all tasks
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals.
- Previous experience in the commercial automotive industry, ideally in a parts or service environment
- Solid understanding of parts ordering, invoicing, and payment processes
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and a clear, professional telephone manner
- Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities
- A customer-first attitude with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
