Vehicle Technician required in Wimbledon for Car Dealership 
Pay: £38 - £50K Basic Depending + £10k OTE 
Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota 

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Wimbledon for the role of Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to develop their careers within a reputable and forward-thinking dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Benefits
  • Competitive OTE salary of up £60,000 per annum (depending on qualifications), with a potential basic salary pay range of £38,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and industry qualifications. 
  • Outstanding earning potential with an OTE of up to £10,000 bonus
  • 40-hour working week from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties
  • Conduct necessary repairs and servicing on vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose issues accurately using electronic diagnostics
  • Maintain detailed service and repair records
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and work carried out
  • Keep workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition
  • Work efficiently to meet workshop deadlines without compromising quality
  • Assist junior team members where applicable
Candidate spec
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician to Master Technician within a busy workshop environment
  • Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills with experience using electronic diagnostic tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
