A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established automotive dealership in, Birmingham. This is an authorised repairer for a leading European brand and a franchise dealer for a growing manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  • Scheduling service and repair work efficiently and accurately
  • Providing clear and accurate estimates and keeping customers informed throughout
  • Up-selling genuine parts, accessories, and additional services when appropriate
  • Liaising between customers, workshop, and parts departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
The Service Advisor will have the following:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor role
  • Be confident, well-organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service
  • Possess strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Experience with Pinnacle DMS would be an advantage, but not essential.
