Position: Garage Branch Manager
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: Basic £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus Scheme (OTE £70,000) + Weekend Rate = £60,000 - £70,000 annual earnings
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30, Saturdays 1 in 2 08:30 – 16:30

- Administrative Oversight: Manage job cards, invoicing, parts ordering and returns, cashing up, and banking procedures.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the workshop and customer area are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Performance Reporting: Collaborate with Head Office, providing monthly reports on branch performance, targets, and improvements.
- Financial Management: Understand and control profit and loss, manage costs, and optimise branch profitability.
- Time Management & Planning: Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines, operational goals, and customer expectations.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and industry best practices.
- Proactive Mindset: Initiative taker who owns problems and drives solutions.
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional communication with team members and customers.
